The Pan-African Institute for Development – Eastern and Southern Africa (PAID–ESA) and the Community Development Centre (CDC, South Sudan) have entered into a strategic partnership to advance community resilience, peace building, and sustainable development across South Sudan and the entire East and Southern Africa Regions.
The Pan-African Institute for Development – Eastern and Southern Africa (PAID–ESA) and South Sudan’s Community Development Centre (CDC) have entered a strategic partnership to promote peace building, inclusive governance, and sustainable livelihoods.
According to Franklin Babila Doh, Regional Director of PAID–ESA, “this partnership bridges grassroots action with regional policy influence to drive resilient, people-centric development.”
Sebit Martin, Executive Director of CDC, noted that “lasting peace and prosperity begin with empowered communities.” Andrew Lasu, Development Program Manager, added that the alliance will deliver “practical, locally led solutions that strengthen social cohesion.”
Together, PAID–ESA and CDC are setting a new benchmark for collaborative development across South Sudan and the region.
